ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS

Hair Extension Orders, Hot Tools, and Hair Care Products are 100% non-refundable unless:

The order placed was fulfilled with the wrong product.
In this case, your order will be fulfilled with new, unopened products.

The order fulfilled has the wrong lengths, texture, or color.

All returns will be fulfilled as soon as possible within 3-6 days upon contact.

Shipping & Handling -

All orders have a 2-4 processing time upon receiving. This gives us time to quality control and fulfil your order to your highest expectation.

All orders will be sent UPS/FEDEX Mail with Tracking which will be sent to your email upon shipping. Expedited Shipping can be fulfilled upon request by contacting sweetpeasnaturalsonline@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order, shipping methods cannot be altered once your order is placed.

UPS/FEDEX Mail shipping will arrive between 2-4 business days after tracking number is received.

All orders are custom made and sent directly to the consumer from the designer. Due to the way these gowns are made, all sales are final. If an order comes damaged with inconsistencies, tears or rips, or poor quality, please contact

Orders that are damaged have an EXPLICIT 48 hour grace period for order correction, after this time frame ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

These gowns are made with stretchy and forgiving materials. Please use the size chart in the description box to get most perfect and flattering fit.

Custom Sizing for all body types can be made upon request by contacting sweetpeasnaturalsonline@gmail.com BEFORE ordering. Please do not request this service in the order notes as it will not be fufilled.

Gown styles will be dropped monthly, once it’s gone, you have a timeless piece to add to your wardrobe.
